No response from GM at support ticket at e-shop

GM Sir

i want to make payment for purchasing Warriors all uniques skills set and Mages advance hp absorber.i want to make payment..i have sent a mail to eshop and i recieved support ticket 555620 on 20/1/2012 and 22/1/2012 support ticket 855276 but there is no response again :( .Please provide information regarding Bank Account Information so i can make payment to purchase items from e-shop.
