We have talked to our ISP about this. Can you please mention if the pings are any better now?

GM's my pings are also 300 + am using mts mblaze frm last 1 year.
its always below 100 jst frm last few days its 300 +

things to remember
1 Off automatic updates
2 If ur antivirus is auto updated plz off it while playing a3
3 At last other services which r auto update off thm
