hello GM,

i have made some deposit in your bank account for eshop purchases...and have mailed [email protected]

however i have neither recieved any ticket no. regarding my mail nor have i been given the credit....please reply as soon as possible....

Do you have any pending tickets? If yes, please mention the Ticket ID of the pending tickets so that I could close them for you.

i was given an earlier ticket which was 235604 which was said to have not been registered due to technical difficulties....
and another ticket i think is currently open which is ticket no. 159582 with which i was interacting with a3 mania support team. i believe you can close this ticket, if that helps in clarifying the shop ticket problem...

I have closed your old tickets. Your new ticket should get registered soon and you will reply a reply within 24 hours.
