Regular Events?

First of all a very warm thank you to all the GMs of this server, for providing a wonderful gaming experience. When I compare this server with the original Sify Server...I find that server not more than a dustbin in terms of maintenance and events. Keep it up 
However, I would like to suggest certain things, that may make the server more interesting, as belows:
1) Week End Events for Aura or Non Aura: Please conduct these events every weekends. They can be in the form of NC wars or Capture The Runes event. Keep a fixed time for them at every week end... so maximum players can enjoy it.
This will also increase the excitement of players, who are currently just slogging out in gp and getting bored.
2) Random Events During Weeks: Apart from Wooblie events (MOR), plz conduct some random events like Bossing Events, Goodie Man event or the good old NC war, especially during evening (even 30 mins will do), which will really be a very much fun booster.
3) I know it is not possible for GMs to come daily and conduct the random events, but Week End Events can be conducted OR is it possible that these events can be scripted to happen, like the Wooblie Man event (MOR).
4) Is it possible to appoint an Event GM, from among the players who will conduct these events? (I mean there may be some players, whom the GMs may be trusting?)
This will really enhance the gaming experience more...
