unstable game clint

sir i m facing sevear problem realited new game clint,
1. Letency always above 2k
2. Very unstable game clint
3. Crash continously
4. Dcing within 10 mins after log in
5. Consuming very large download data
6. Befor mentainance i was playing 15 hr in day consumes only 32mb max
7. But yesterday i played only 20mins and my 24 mb data lost thats sooo quick lost
Do some thing faster plese
