payment made - Eshop account not credited

Hi Gm's ( Blade in particular )
I've made several mails to get my Eshop credited by there has been no good response on the same. This is almost a week now.
There was only one response which asked me to send the receipt number - ( I've done the same obviously in previous mailers ) but even after doing the same once again after your request, I've not received any response as of now.
Could you please tell me the reason why and what's going on. Been waiting since a week and I request you ( any of the Gm's ) to look into this matter. The ticket number raised is ( 795071 )
