We have been playing since 2009 and have been constant supporters of the game and the server. We have had a clean record for the past 3 years when in between my brother on Sweetsoul combined with his friend a HK Darksinner ingame indulged in mischief.

Kindly forgive us and help us back into the game.

We have clear proof of your characters involvement in RC Dealing and hence we have penalised them.

I accept it was our mistake, and you have penalized us for the same. But this was the first time such mischief from our end and it will be the last..

Kindly reconsider, we have been banned from the game for an year now. Please forgive us and resolve the issue.
We will not involve in any more violations and if any violation of the ROC is seen in future you can punish us severely.

Blade, I would request you to consider their apology.They have accepted their faults and are apologatic for their mistakes.We have reasons on why the incident happen but we are not here to argue .They take it as their mistake and are willing to pay penalty also.Like you gms we are also human and bound to make mistake.Please re consider and think in best intrest of the all of us and the server.
