sry to post this noob post but i really want to know that....
how to make anything lvl 15 ???
i know there some thing have to add there but i dont know that what is it nd how cn i get that thing
means by hunting nd get that thing or have to craft???

Trying putting TOD with some noob charcter try until it becomes lvl 15 or gets destroyed

thanxxx for reply now one question more in my mind....
how to increase enchanter success ratio cause i have hk enchanter at 6 lvl nd hks lvl is 124 nd rb0 bt he even cant make lvl 10 perfactly so how to put tod on weapon when we know tht it going to destroyyyy.....
so say me how i cn increase its success ratio????

You dont have to make one more. Be sure that mestro or early bird should not be also with the same char
