pls check Ticket #572458,my char alexina was hackd and on authenticator now.... plz disable authenticator so i can recover from my alternate email.. all info is provided whch was askd in mail... i m getting only 48 hour replies since 4 months.. plz solver the issue my rb12 a5 archer is stuck...

How was it hacked if it was on authenticator?

dear sir,
it is on authenticator after it got hacked.. not able to recover it from alternate id because authenticator was activated after it got hacked. please disable the authenticator so i can recover it from alternate email. i have provided all the info which was askd in mail sir... please help me getting my char back. happy new year

i have recovered my hacked character alexina, archer rb12 165, thank you very much for all the help and support. a small issue is hacker deleted my both mercy, archer mercy lvl 84+ and hk mercy lvl 103+, can it b restored?? thanks again for the help in getting back my char, truly grateful
