Unable to login after new (full) installation of game

Hi!
I haven't played game for 7-8 months so game had to be updated.
I downloaded full game but it stuck at login screen.
after entering id and password it stuck.
i tried 3 charas all of them stuck but i am able to access my eshop acc.
so the prob must be with PC.
PLZ help
