Server On oR Off

Any New's Update about Server up or Not ??
Atleast Lots Of People invested money called E-Shop for enjoying Game then Why Server Off at least give a particular update by GM section or Support Section .
In market news is Server Close and GM dont want to Start Game again . Few people said that GM need more money to start server again ??
What a fk news in Market ? So Please cut it all type of news and update in Forum ..
We Want to know particular reason it's Technical or system Error
