re: failure of receiving auto generated tickets

Dear Gms,

Upon sending mails to [email protected], i am not able to receive any acknowledgement like i used to do before, in form of ticket id

Many of the mails that i have send have been mis- read which is creating confusion .. Is it something wrong with the system ?

Please check and revert asap
