Can't login to the game

Hi All
I had an old account which is active till now. after downloading and running the game i cannot login to the game. i can login to acp perfectly and have updated the profile. the internet connection is also good. During login the screen freezes and do not show any kind of error message afterwards. Plz Help anyone
