Here's a suggestion..: Make a basic guide for people new to
A3. Advertise your server over FB pages and groups.(Free of
charge) Encourage players to spread the word among their
friends and groups. With some eshop usage condition give
rewards to the refering guy. Server if comes under view of a
few thousand people(which is pretty easy using fb) its no big
deal to get a couple 100 new players. This is awesome for
players as well as GMs. Cause Mania is the most well settled
and stable server in India as of now. So a fresh crowd could
be really fun.
It might take a couple months of efforts but I think it could make it really fun. And GMs will have to take some efforts to entertain and hold the new crowd.
