Important : Ticket System for In Game Issues and Other Issue

Important Support System Introduction in A3 Mania.


We have added a ticketing system for Issues in A3 Mania. From now on. No issues will be handled by GMs without a ticket number. No GM will resolve your issues ingame if you have not submitted a ticket in the website.

This is to make the issues more recorded and streamlined. We are not automated machines and when we log ingame.. we get spammed by issues.

So from Now On.. no body will PM the GMs ingame to resolve the issue. We will just ignore the requests. You will have to raise a request in the ticketing tool and wait for the reply. After a GM is assigned to your case, he will personally look after the issue and ensure that the issue is resolved and the case is closed.

Issues raised in the "In-game issues / Questions to the GMs".. will not be responded if it does not has a ticket number. And we will not give any information regarding the issue in the forum topic. It will only be given in the support ticket in the website.

Make sure to login into the main website using your forum ID and then submit a request. Without logging in.. you will NOT be able to submit a request, as the raise ticket Menu will not be visible or available to unregistered members.

Make sure to explain the issue as much as possible so that it does not waste time. One liner requests might take more time to get resolved.

Feel free to ask more questions if needed. We will reply and update the announcement.

Interface changes for the ticketing tool. All old tickets have been closed. If you have further issues.. feel free to resubmit it using the new interface. After submitting you will see the ticket ID on the extreme Right side.

THERE IS NO TICKET SYSTEM WORKING
NO SUPPORT FROM GMS.
FIRST HELP THE PLAYERS WHO ARE FACING RB PROBLEMS, ITEMS ISSUES , CHARACTERS STUCKS
WHEN YOU WILL HELP TO THE PLAYERS AFTER THE GAME CRAZE OVER??
WHAT ARE YOU DOING GMS NO 1 HELPING WHO WILL TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO HELP PLAYERS IF YOU CANT TAKE RESPONSIBILTY THEN ASSIGN A GAMEJOCKEY FOR THAT TO TAKE CARE EVERY DAY LOGIN IN GAME ISSUES LIKE BEFORE THERE WAS IN A3INDIA GUIDEMAX AND GUIDELULU AS LIKE IN A3MANIA SCAR(DHEERAJ)

WE NEED SUPPORT FIRST......

Gm plz Help my g9 set got Scammed and g10 shild plus g9 wepaons of hk by goddddddd plz help me
he first gv me his id so i thought he was my friend but when he asked for my set i gave him he never returned . i took 5 months to make my full set and last i buyed my boots and got scammed all of sudden i m now not liking this so plz do something of goddddd

Mr. Game Masters you keep telling please donate and help the server :-? by using the eshop and buying the credits so that items can be bought. But how can I ever buy something from eshop when you guys have not yet given me the credits. :-?

Which was received by me on 5th, October 2012 X(


Can you please look into the matter and get the credits uploaded as soon as possible so that I play in peace :D and not just login with a frowned face. X(
