E-shop credit

Hello to all a3mania team. I sent several emails to e-shop support but have yet no answer. if you cant load credit on my account, please let me know. I have credit card and debit that but the page doesnt works. what I have to do? Thank you so much

Could you please mention your Eshop Ticket ID so that I can assist you with the payment procedure?

I dont have ticket number because i never recieve an answer. I will be send a mail for last time and if i recieve a ticket number i will post it. Thanks a lot
