Server Economy Cycle v2 & Item Frequency cylce

Hi, can anyone tell me in depth, what is exactly server economy cycle v2 & Item frequency cycle ?

I have read on the forum about chloro bossing cycle,
"We have implemented a new Drop System called "Item Frequency Cycle" by which drops are randomized inorder to preserve the frequency of occurrence without sacrificing the value of items dropped.

The Drop rates of the following bosses have been effected as a result.

Goshualeng
Gunge
Kuazer
Amra
Irkade Mann
Snowman
Guanzhhiyan
Ernumo
ShuizhuBazi"

i want to know how the mentioned cycles actually works.

Drop Economy Cycle is actually a dynamically changing drop rate, which uses item frequency values to decide the drop rates of each items.

The drop rates of individual items gradually change based on how frequently they drop or not drop. This helps keep the economy of the server in control because a single item which drops very frequently will loose it's market value and the item that drops very less will increase in price. There is also a static drop factor value that is considered based on the NPC cost of the item to make sure that the drop rates are not drastically increased or decreased by this system.

This system however doesn't apply to Unique Item drops.
