Dear gm here is second instance of abuse by madame/wukong.... And why belluci abused back u can also check system logs who started abuse though it shows in the ss...

Dear gms... Penalty details are for first violation.... This is second one... Char madame is not penalised for the abuse

I don't count the number of abuses to decide the ban duration. I will include all occasions of abusing till the date I have issued the ban. If the character is found abusing again after the ban period, I will increase the penalty.
