how to get the ticket number?

as numenor (sorry if i spelt wrong) told we have to login on the mainpage to get the ticket number
sir where to login on the mainpage ?.....please enlighten me on this...

@ Sahil....
when the main site comes up... @ extreme top center there is login key... click on it and login via your forum id and pass... once u login follow the steps given by the gms in the ticket post......hope it helps u......

I Have The Same DOubt.................
when i login from main what they called "official" site ......and follow the procedure as Numeror As posted ......i din't get tht ticket support in sub menu..............
please do something i hv posted my problem of rb 12 q please do something
and ha please do reply

The ticket number is not there. You have to submit a request. After submitting the request, the ticket number will be in the topic of the submission. It willl be visible in your My tickets options.
YOU HAVE TO be logged in to submit a request.
