GM please take action about these characters who all are abused about my family members. Its Game not a real life. Play as Game not a real game or life and dont take family members in game problems. GM please strictly action about this issue otherwise these characters can abuse again and again.

I don't have a Ph.D in Abuse Analysis. What looks to me like an abuse gets a ban and not something that you are offended about. Try to treat the game as a game and don't take everything so personal.

I fail to find any abuse in the screenshots that you have posted. Don't violate the Forum policy by making double posts. Use the edit option.

Can please check records of shout, if you can? You will then see how players comment about other players, abuse and make shouts on particular communities. Come ingame and see how people abuse each other. Issuing ban on Erika is of no use. You must ban those who provoke all such conversations. Especially people abusing from imposters. Why don't you ban them?

I don't monitor chats on day to day basis. I just ban people based on the reports posted in the forums. I will not launch a full scale investigation to see who started, who provoked and who got provoked. I rather spend my precious time on addressing the support issues rather than trying to resolve these kind of conflicts which just keep happening again and again. It's impossible to make people shut up.

you could at least disable word's in public shout like if some use B*****d or M********D etc and make it auto detect and if continued for some time then automatic chat ban for 1 day etc

It can be done but keeping in mind the number of chats that are exchanged each day, it would put a lot of stress on the servers to have such monitoring.
