GM! i know and understand why there is eshop!! And you need donation to keep running the server !! But since the A3 mania server is free to play! And I play for free, does that intend to mean I should be harassed?
The character 'Madame! harrases over this Eshop and financial status of mine and my family! his other chars 'Morgause!' 'Hashbrown' and 'Wukong' does the same! if I dont eshop, they dont have any right to bug me! they force me to use foul language. And the Madame claims to forced other 15-20 chars to quit the server and says me same thing! And today he said he ll make GM ban my char!!! AND THEY CLAIMS THEMSELF TO BE GAME MASTER! THIS IS INTOLERABLE.

SO I WANT THEM ALL FOUR CHARS TO BAN PERMANENTLY FOR SAKE OF GOOD GAME PLAY AND SOBRIETY IN THE SERVER. AND A COMPENSATION FOR THEIR HARASSMENT.

ELSE ITS MY DUTY TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST ANY HARASSMENT. LEGAL ACTION.

FOR PROOF PLEASE FIND THE ATTACHMENTS. AND TAKE THE POSSIBLE ACTION.

You don't have to take everything that everyone says in the game so seriously. Just use "/Banbot ban Morgause" to issue a 30 day ban on the chat of the player.

We cannot issue account ban unless there is a direct Rules of Conduct violation.

@Meeltanmay aka Sagemage - If you think you will get away with abusing on family, you are highly mistaken. What do you expect ? That you will abuse on family and I'll not even Harass you ? I'll HARASS you Black and Blue. Trust me, I havent even started harassing you yet :} I do not take the SS of abuses now as the gamemasters have communicate clearly that no manual SS shall be entertained and only Banbot will be used to penalize accounts.

If you abuse me, I'll leave it to Karma, if you abuse my family, I'll become Karma and punish you !! It may take sometime for me to take your case, but it wont take forever - if you dont trust me, ask Hyperstorm/Draugr/Argonian who abused me on my mother and Wife's name and still continues to do so : how I raped his family left and right in game and how I made him delete even his facebook account out of fear :}

And yes, I have maxed characters because I donate to the server as I believe in it, I do not play the server for free (not against the philosophy of playing from free if anyone else does it but I personally prefer to donate).

I'd also recommend don't get scared yet, I haven't even started! People who get scared end up leaving the server, for instance, Ramarcher ! He just used the word 'mc' and what happened next is history :}

Sorry I missed out on the legal part ~ do your best with what you have, I'd rape you left and right even at the legal level :} And yes, do check on how the term 'Harassment' is spelled because Law is a very precise endeavor

Rule no. 1 says " While playing A3 Mania, you must respect the rights of others and their rights to play and enjoy the game. To this end, you may not defraud, harass, threaten, or cause distress and/or unwanted attention to other players. GMs are to be given full respect, likewise to fellow players. If any players found abusing; their respective account(s) will be deleted without hesitation. Decision(s) made for this is irreversible.

You should take game matters with a grain of salt. Place the character on banbot and that should pretty much be the end of the story.
