Dear GM,

I used to play A3 Mania when it started and left it in 2012. Now i have again started playing. I had 4 Characters out of which 3 Characters have been recovered, but my HK char is not yet recovered because the domain of the recovery mail ID is closed now. So there is no way to access the recovery mail. So I earnestly request you to check the Ticket ID #235490 and help me in recovering my character.

Please dont compose new emails as that will create a new ticket and will cause us to loose a track of your issue.

Those were the times that we had to wait you to receive the items that we purchased. Now it so advanced like steam. You purchase the items and the items are automatically delivered in your char's inventory. Feels like yesterday.

And please help me with this issue to recover my HK character. The Original Ticket ID is #472982.
