I know PK is part of game but how is low level manage when getting 1 hit kill.

Will it possible to give higher Parole points for noob killing?

Same RB same lvl PK - No change
1 RB less PK - 1.5x Parole
2 RB less PK - 2x Parole
So on so forth.
