If timeslots are a problem, we can change the boss to have a random spawn time. Let us know.

I thought this was implemented..
Also, can have more than 1 boss or regular map (Like boss spawn every 2-3hr after being dead?)

For 2-3 hour respawn, we will have to nerf Ishida bosses to an extent that would make them no different from other bosses.

No, it's not the problem. Nowadays, everyone needs items for Free, they don't want to work hard for it at any cost. Like in this Snowman event maximum of Temoz players cried and keep complaining about Godlarcs and they asked to off Pk to farm.(As if Godlarcs can be used only by Quanato people).
Sidhe bossing is not easy at all. People should manage time for it and now they want Sidhe boss also in free
.
