There is an issue with use of HK skill- Breath of Redyan in Pvps.
The double defense is not working as intended.

For example: If I keep both characters involved in pvp with same stats, same pant and boot options and same ess.
and let's say my hp bar is 1k and opponents damage on me is 500. I loose hp of 300 over bar.
The above is without the skill.

With BOR put on:
Damage from opponent is still 500 and I loose Hp of 100 over bar.

This means doubling the defense(no matter how much), its only 200 less over HP bar.

Please review this at your end and let us know.
Others- Please don't spam this topic.
If you can provide a video recording of same stat characters with damage being given on you then it will help.

BOR raises defense points only. Take ele damage and ele defense into consideration. no one knows about perfect damage calculations. Maybe GM has idea about it.But its best that he keeps it a secret

Even if u consider defense becoming x2 we should be able to see a significant change in damage received and opponent should see a significant decrease in damage given but this doesn't happen at all.

Is this an issue in the arena or the maps?

I have found this issue while pvping on maps.

For me, I see the BOR is doing fine as intended over maps against BOSSES ONLY, but the moment I jump into pvp (both in map and arena), it loses its effect.

Doubling the defense (no matter how much), the opponent sees the same damage on me and simultaneously I lose HP in the same rate as I am without BOR. Tested this with numerous number of players of different classes.

The calculations which Mr. Sahil has shared at first is pretty accurate to mine. Please look into this.

even in arena BOR is not working Blade, we tried several times,
same damage is noted with and without BOR in arena and Maps too..
we thought u may help HK classification

similar to mage loosing a lot of base dmg?

Yes.
This is quite likely before from that.
Interestingly (and very strangely) no one who plays HK reported this.

For mage, As GM Scar pointed when cooldown was introduced mage non ele damage was increased and hence when cool down was removed it was undone.

Warrior g9.5 spear ignore all enemy attribute defenses.
It means use stone skin or bor against warrior 9.5 spear those skills are waste.

My observation is against G10 weapon vs G10 weapon.

Also if my knowledge on the game serves right attribute defense means it ignores ele defense and not the main defense which becomes twice using Bor.
