Solo Level up for new comers

GMs,
Implement a new way using which newcomers can level up in game without waiting for gp parties. I saw couple of instances where newcomers coming and telling about leaving the server cause there are no ways they can level up instantly.
Think about a new map where exp is good for solo hunters so that they can level up and take rb on their own.

increase exp reward for all quests
there are more then 600 quests but doing them not worth the time as gp quest has best exp reward

Yeah, increasing the exp reward of quests till level 100 can also help out. Nice suggestion

Make a event for 160 players, top 3 winners will get 2 level up as a reward.

Honestly I don't feel the need for this.
I have lvled up my mage,archer,hk solo and it was fun.
Yes I got pked. Yes it took time but that's the fun part.
All people care about these days is get maxed and pvp.
Bossing, lvling, Reloading items, Increasing shue is also fun.
