Does Mania Support team doesn't Value Players time?

I have been contacting GM from more than 5-6 days In email & in game to say simple answer "they will do" or " they will not" , I am waiting from 3 days still no reply, even msged in Facebook messenger also that also ignored , this make me feel mania team doesn't value players time
Very disappointing

Please mention either your User ID or Character Name when you send a mail to the support so that we can address the issue. If we don't have this vital information, it makes it very hard for us to address your issue on time.
