GM game was working fine till now after this new snowman patch whenever i open a3 it's not opening at all its getting autoclosed solve this issue asap

Are you running Windows 7? I have got few reports of this issue on Windows 7. We didn't test it on Windows 7 because it's EOL. However, we have identified the issue and working towards a fix. It will be available in a few hours.

yes i am using windows 7 and this is what happening whenever i open a3

i am using windows 10, game got started for the first time and i pressed esc bymistake so it got quit, after then its not opening nothing happens after i press Start, i even tried restarting pc and now i m reinstalling it again

same problem with a3india.. any quick fix for windows 10 users?

I updated my client, restarted my lappy and made full check of client. still when i am about to login, its getting stuck or i am getting Disconnect in 1 min or less time. How to resolve this issue, i am using windows10

Bro, is this due to snowman patch ? and how can others able tp sustain their connection stable, when we r getting disconnected ? if they remove snowman patch,,,! will everything become normal ?

We haven't received any reports of client issues on Windows 10. With that being said Windows 7 is discontinued by Microsoft and it's strongly recommended to upgrade to Windows 10.

We are currently working towards a fix on Windows 7. We will launch it as soon as it passes the test criteria for public client.
