Unable to install game

Before yesterday i was able to play the game smoothly, but suddenly to my surprise today i got the error while running the a3 client , when i pressed on play , it said unable to find A3client.exe,
so i tried fixing it by clicking on full check but it never went further than patching file(i have mentioned it in another topic in this forum).
Than i tried to reinstall the game,then i got the following below message
Warning 1909. Could not create shortcut a3mania.lnk. Verify that the destination folder exists and that you can access it.
i clicked on okay two times on the warning 1909 dialogue box and it went away and it jumped to finished step, but obviously it wasn't installed properly, but still i ran it from a3mania folder then i got the another new error, " an exception occurred during a web client request, check the internet, but the internet is running smooth,
kindly help to resolve the issue asap. thanks
