Hi GM,

I created a new character but instantly deleted it and wanted to create it on a different slot on the same account. However now i am not able to create it again as it says Character name already exists. Waited hours and still same result.

Is GM able to do anything about this. If so please allow me to PM the GM directly ingame or send a private message on forum in order to maintain confidentiality.
