Sroll Bar not working In game as Earlier

Hi Everyone,
I am playing from Laptop, Before my Scroll bar of Mouse use to work in game , { exp:- to chk shouts } but after updating my client its not working as before.
Mean while i thought my mouse scroll is not working , But its working fine off the game , in Chrome and every where apart from game .
If anyone can help , pls do reply.

Haven't personally come across this issue. Scroll bars work fine for me.
