Screen Freezing for 2 Secs

Dear GM,
I want to bring to your notice that , My ISP connection is Airtel with Fiber { not WIFI } sometimes, when using skills screen is freezing for 2 seconds, even same is happening when shifting Skills Bar { Ctrl+S } , and the same is happening in PVP time also.
I thought its only me facing the issue, but when i gave a public shout, i got several players response as same. So kindly Check into this issue please.

Sometimes, I also face this problem and it's quite repetitive and frustrating.
