Following internal discussions, immediate policy changes have been implemented.

Our approved communication channels now include the website (www.a3mania.com), forum (forum.a3mania.com), and support email ([email protected]). It's crucial to understand that WhatsApp is not endorsed for GM interactions, and support won't be provided through this platform. Any support-related matters should be directed to the designated support email for timely assistance from the appropriate GMs.

All game-related announcements will be exclusively made through official GM accounts on the website or forums. Discord will no longer serve as a platform for announcements or support. Information shared on Facebook pages and the Discord server will be restricted to general updates. Focusing announcements on the website and forums is intended to increase visibility.

We've implemented an internal moral code of conduct applicable to all GMs. It's important to note that statements made by GMs should not be construed as official statements from game management. We will be closely monitoring all GM interactions on official platforms, and we will take action if any GM violates the moral rules of conduct. We advise players against engaging with GMs on WhatsApp/Discord and to rely solely on official communication and support channels provided by the game. If you encounter any GM providing game support through unofficial channels like WhatsApp or Discord, please promptly report the incident to management.
