Hello GM,

I am a returning player but unable to retrieve my old account as I do not have all information required to retrieve account (Issue ID:[#590112]).

Hence, I have created this new account in game as well as in forum.
I have raised a support ticket but I have not received any response on that from last six days (From 14th June 2025).
Issue ID:[#282486]

As I am new member for the forum I am not allowed to send any direct message so as last resort I am creating this topic.
So you can check the issue and provide me some solution.

Your help will be appreciated for any of the ticket ID possible.

Reply/follow-up again and again until you get a response.

Thanks to A3 Team I am able to recover my old account.

My stuff is gone And I need to work on it but that's all fine

I am still playing with my newly created character and will be back in sometime.
