Relic of Zephyr quest reset timings?

Hi,

I used to play Mania between 2018 and 2020, and I’ve recently returned to the game. Some of the new changes are a bit confusing.

I purchased the Mania Plus subscription two days ago. However, on the third day, the quest is not appearing at the Statue of Fortitude.

After checking both the forums and the A3Guide website, I found that the quest reset timings mentioned on each platform are different. I’ve attached screenshots for your reference.

I took one quest yesterday at 1 PM and completed it around 1 AM, assuming the next quest would be available after 12 PM today. However, it's still not showing up.

Kindly clarify or correct the quest timing so that players can plan accordingly.

It gets refresh after 12 AM everyday. Doesn't matter when you started.
