Passives and Blood

Hi guys,
Im a RB3 lvl 133 mage (non-ele) and my IGN is "Anayu". I have completed buying the non-ele mastery passive skill.
But since the Passive Points are limited, I am confused where to invest them next. My primary concern is strengthening my character, other things like enchanting or greed can wait.
So, my friend suggested I go for Armory, but it has a penalty of reducing attack and magic power which I dont like. Should I take that or is there anything that is more important.
Secondly, this RB system is very confusing when it comes to pouring points to Blood. I have currently a Hp bar or 2k. But its definitely not enough, so please guide me here, cause I am really clueless in this section.
Thank You guys,
Surojit ....

the rb system has got nothing to do with ur blood or HP as i prefer......................
.
at every rb u get xtra stat points dont u?.....................those xtra can b put as u like in which ever attribute u want.
.
.
.
u can put those points in vitality and then go as a common non - ele mage............this way u got more blood to tank and u also got nice defense...............as u go to higher levels u will c that to tank and fight epi 4-5 bosses.......
.
.
.
u might hav the defense to take their hits but ur vitality will be too low to even take their base damage.........
.
.
.so adding points in vitality is a must for all the high lvlers

That is my point Rooney, I understand that the epi-4 and 5 bosses and even creeps are hard to tackle without a good defense and blood which is why i want to know that how much should my blood be.
@Deadraizer
I was suggested not to take robust because it will be a waste of ps-points since for each rb i will get bonus points. Which is why I havent taken Robust. what say you?

@Speedey
the point even deadraizer gave is legal/u can say correct........passives remain wen u rb, so u generally hav more health ....
.
.
.
u need atleast a HP bar of 4k to take them down within the limit..............i think GW can help u out....
..
thers already a post smwher wher GW gav abt putting points in vitality.........i dont remember wher....but u can always use the search button

armory is a complete WASTE!!! i guesss u shud go for robust.... coz e.g. i hav robust 4... so it gives 120 inc in hp and 60 decreae in mp... so if i put pts in vita ... it will take me 30 pts to get incr of 120 in hp... instead if i take robust... i can jus use 15 pts in mana to regain the negativ.... so i save 15 pts as well... and back to Armory... u already took non ele mastery... thn y wanna nullify it??? and neways i hav testd it... by adding skill pts at higher lvls it takes 4-5 pts to increase ur attck power... but jus 2 skill pts to incr defence by 1... and other important passives r .... Evasion.... fatality.... precision..... I hav taken all passives until they start givin negatives at nxt lvl... and Evasion , fatality is max

Dont learn HUSTLER for your ARCHER MERC becoz it reduces your evasion by 10.
So i dont think it is advisable for any char to make their ARCHER merc learn hustler.

hahahah lol hustler is like the best skill a merc can give.. just because it is sooooo good it is the only passive to have negative effect. With hustler Pk is a breezee and even hunting at early stages of the game. it also gives the xtra overkill for more xp.
For archer charc, very very very imp, due to the fact that archers have high crit hit, so basically everytime u crit add a + 500 bonus

.
Now it all also depends how u use ur merc against diff caharters in map Pk. I will give u a smal example:
For instance u r pking a mage, and apparently mage has a dex, so here there is no point using a archer merc at all, in this case hk merc is the best as it provides evasion, and crit evasion.
Now if suppose u r attacking a archer who has no dex unique, here hustler will help a lot, archer merc will boost ur crit and give u a bonus 500 dmg everytime u crit him, so more like GG. who crits more he wins in such cases.
