I tried to top-up 500 credits.
But the eshop only pops the banking app.
And no request for payment arrives.
Isn't upi payment supposed to be multiple options?
Like gpay or other payment apps?

When I had bought mage g9 lvl 15 paum, lvl 15 karooba staff.
And Redyan necklace from eshop way back then.
i didn't had any problem with payment that time.

Can you try generating a QR code from the PC and using an UPI app in your mobile to make the payment?
