Eshop not credited

Hello,
I recently eshoped and the amount was not credited can, I have also raise a support ticket can you please check this issue.

Please allow upto 12 hours for the credit to be processed. It depends on the bank and the app that has been used to make the payment.
Eshop Credit not Credited even after successful payment.

I bought Credits through Gpay 40 minutes ago.
Even after Successful payment. the Eshop is not showing the bought credits yet.
Last time when i bought credits.
It got topped up instantly.
is the eshop not working right now?
