I recently purchased credits for my account. While my previous purchases reflected in my account within ~30 minutes, it has now been almost 3 hours and I still don’t see the credits.

I have already raised a ticket (#355932), which contains my account and transaction details. Requesting urgent assistance in resolving this issue.
