Good day all GMs

The reason for my letter is that I have tried to connect to my game but I have indicated an error in the name of my character.

My IGN is Arcangel3000, I indicated that it should take a ticket but I have tried by the ACP and will not let me.

It must be that much work with not only the game if not a professional level if they can solve my problem thank the 3000 can remove my name and leave me with Arcangel not have any problem will greatly appreciate and have a good day.

I send this letter as they entered the ACP website and I said no you can not connect there is an error so I write this here because it is a thousand apologies that is not here, but at present this is the problem I know here

You should merge your post with one that already exists
Now we have like 10 topics, all talking about same thing, better if we have everything compiled at one place. It would be easier for GMs to go through one single topic, and resolve player issues one case at a time, cuz essentially we're all facing same problem in the end, that is we cant play
