People Exploit bugs and can still play?

Hi GMs,
I have noticed people saying that this player Lmao a HK, uses speed bug of some sort, I had to see it for myself cuz I didnt quite beleive those rumours, I thought it was just players complaining.
Let me say this person is a real clown(in the mentally sick sense), he would bring his entourage of mages and warriors with him when he comes to PK you, those in his party will pan him and spam trade offers etc...anyway that's all good, I am with that gameplan, infact killed his whole party and made him TP. Besides he can get bit absuive with unnecessary name calling. I totally understand, free MMORPGs can bring all sorts of mentally challenged and kids who havent crossed puberty yet.
Now so far everything is cool, I dont mind a good challenge, but today this person attacked me in GP, and I could really feel wat people meant by Speed gear bug, once he started attacking me, this time it was just me n him and nobody else watching us, he was using this bug without any reluctance, I made him TP but thats not the point. How far are GMs going to let this kind of unfair gameplay continue in Mania? It was me, with my G10 and grahsat, I was able to handle him, but what about others who don't have those privileges, do they have to go through this without GMs taking any action?
I play this game with all the fairness there is to it, and this kind of exploitation of bugs is unethical and uncalled for, it only promotes negativity in players who play it fairly. I request GMs to please kindly look into this, and if any other players noticed this HK called "Lmao" speed bugging, please report it, without insults and spamming....

We can trace each and every click or any third party application if used with the client. if you suspect any char. Just post the name. BTW we saw few chars using that and those chars are getting permanent bans.

From what i know/think, the bug is something to do with the double sb concept. the reason being a packet/message for 1 sb gets delayed and reaches almost simultaneously with another packet/message of sb (because of network issue/lag) so u see two sb at a time. What i've heard from A3india(hope its not an offense to use this name as its nothing like a promotion or anything. just quoting some stuff) is that, they use a software which probably blocks the packets for a period of time, the player does all his actions while packets are blocked (maybe Ctrl+left click) and then realeases the packets suddenly.
one second a player is a good 20 feet away from you and next, he's already hit u a dozen shots. People later started getting banned on the other server. But i think it was from ban on incident report kind of a thing. Not sure if gm's can prevent it through other means.
Disclaimer: whatever is posted above is my concept about the whole thing. It may or may not be true. I posted anyway if it makes sense to someone &/or smthing can be done about it.

Yes! We at A3 Mania can trace it. A3 India does not have the log tool which we have. As mentioned we gather record everything done in the game for each and every player.
So if reported, your account is done frm the server.

Thanks for acting so swiftly...if I may you guys act rather swiftly when it comes to banning Lol..You really do take care of scum...also all the players who keeps telling me in-game that this guy n that guy also does it...would you please come out of the closet and post there names for goodness sake..This isnt a3india, like someone said, that these kind of bug exploitation etc is common there but our GMs are well equipped with tools to trace these offenders, but if you dont report them they wont know....
So please, if you want to keep playing this game and have fun, report offenders.

Gms ther are many more pplz using this bug, at 1st time i thought they having imba net speed then me th4 there speed is imba , later on i got to now by some friends that they are using speed bug n etc.
as i am player in a game , i am having many friends . i cant say directly the name of chars which using bugs
we need some confidential bw players n gms , th4 i request the gms to make post in 2 different ways . some post as
private (only gms & admin can see it) &
public ( that every players n gms can see it).
i think gms can understand my ..... .!
i will be w8ing for ur reply Gms

u can msg gms their names.. or u can even open a ticket n tell them or u can mail @ a3maniasupport wht ever it is

hmm.. so speed bugs like speed hack here brings speed ban along with it
