I made a mistake, I have tried to do my first reset while I had the character connected to the game server. The problem now is: my char is still level 150+ and I cant do a second reset.

my account name is canaca, character name is the same.

by any chance is there any way of fixing this? (like manually fixing this?) thank you.

check ur ACP u need to reach specfic levls fr specific rbs
fr eg rb 2 might be 152

RB2 is at lvl 151 not 152......

@ Canaca which RB did u take???
