can we hv old c3 back?

since we got only 1 server can u plz increase spawn rates of creeps in c3 like how it was b4 plzz ? so dat dose who want to quest can quest in peace and dose who wat to lvl by hunt can do it too plzz GMs 
like previous ones. No further discussion and arguments on this.
