hey friends tell me how much defense i need to survive Grnita Taunhuts attack
i m using mage n warrier char
both r at level 120 axe and non-elemental

Tanking is difficult. Cynicks, Lalon, Taunhut are not the kind of creeps that are meant to be tanked.

but they kill me in one shot
tell me about that
does they have one shot kill????

If I m not wrong u need above 2.5 k hp to tank thr shots I could be wrong thou feel free to correct me pro players

I think its 2.9k hp. with lvl 130+..

to tank cynicks max damage shots.

Yeah and they have greater damage thn normal cynic since they r call Grnita Cynic I think u shud have better defense also

Oh and I forgot 2 mention tht I had hp absorber 3 on so thts y never died from thr hits with just 3k hp

Not sure of Grnita taunhuts/cynicks...
but i guess normal ones if its teh defense that you're talking about.
you'll need around 2910 defense for least damage vs cynick (they do lil as elemental damage too i guess)
and... 2800 def for taunhuts (i dont think they do ele damage or maybe light ele.. not sure)

in short... if attack = defense, then normally no damage is done.
Normally damage = attack - defense
but its screwed up when it comes to player vs player damages.
heard two stories
1. char gets bugged when stats are really high
2. char gets bugged when you take rb.

i still wonder how gm kai does 1k more damage than me with g10 sword (lvl 10 - no max ele) with unique set and me with full max stuff lvl 15 weapon

1. Grnita Cynick is 120lvl.
2. Grnita Taunhut is 125 lvl.

These creeps have very high damage nd high rate of critical hit. So a nice opted pants nd passive skill to evade critical hit can give u chance to survive hit of these creeps. But 1 thing which is little contrdictory is that dex uniq dnt stop these creeps frm getting critical hit.

Also if your a higher lvler than these creeps lvl nd more the level difference better is the chance to survive their hits. Nd aura is a great boost to your survival power against these creeps. At 165lvl you can survive for long time even without your set.

To survive aginst them before aura stage get nice opted set nd passives nd a hp bar of 4k or more with defence of 1k nd if u can make it 1.5k thats good.. But if u dnt have good set nd aura lvl then its better to keep disance frm them. These creeps are easy kill as they have low hp nd defence. They are hardly 1 sb kill for 110 lvler mage.

you got everythin rite mate 'cept the last line........Grnita Taunhuts cant b killed in 1 SB as they has 4.8k health(considering a low lvl mage wid g8 equipments.....

even my lvl 153 mage take smtimes 2 sbs to kill it.........( lucky i hav high evasions to save my butt ;) )
