Description and Message

I took first RB yesterday night, when I tried to claim reward I got a message that Gift was given sucessfully but I did not receive any woonz in my inventory.

When I tried again, it was saying "Invalid Pin" and ACP shows that GIFT was given but I havent received any woonz.
Could you please look into this issue?
