press C while ur ingame, and there will be an option which will sate which town u are in, then u can change ur town there. It will cost u some lore. And yea when u town looses a war u cannot enter NC . So lvl become strong and help ur town win rather than choosing the stronger town, XD

The War is Nt the Prob..It cnt be the prob for u not able to change ur town..!!

Try Changing IT or Report the Gms !!!
