Hi GM,

Pls take some strict action against char who Abuse or who uses Vulgar language while in-game since this both char is playing frm long so maybe @least they shud apologize for wht they have done and if they wont then u shud take sm strict action against them

As per my view Banned for a day or 2 wont help since they make a noob char and do the same thing again and again.
Maybe blocking IP for someday or the best way to block MAC address if u can do it.

Pls have a look and take some action against them.
