I Cannot Login !!

I cannot login the game,when I start A3.exe,the window shows an FTP error and a Chilkat log or something !!
Please fix it !!

GM Sir

I downloaded 511 patch and installed but the updater fails with message that ftp fot 21 is blocked and i am not able to connect the game.

I have two questions

1) When the server will be up wroking again and whether i can still connect the game using bypass launcher..??
2) If ISP refuses to open the port 21 for me what is my other option?? I am presently using reliance Wimax connection from Mumbai.

Please help dude !!!
