NA...Mage cnt Own Archer Dex on dex..Coz Bow damage Frame is Smal...So the Lower limit is Nice..Constant damage Makes the Mage Run RUn RUn !!!

what is the max ele we can get in a lvl 15 Paum staff ??

I know in lvl 15 Kafulga its 63 63 63.... but lvl 15 Paum ne one ??

i guess the mage ele staff saturates its ele value pretty earlier.... at g8 itself. 63 is the max any attribute can goto... i've heard.
