U cant change Alternate Email ID..n u cant hav Two accounts from the Same ID..u got to provide Different Ids for Different Accounts !!

An Email ID is a MUST. We don't want Identityless accounts.
You can change the Email ID by opening a Support Ticket and you need to mention the following:
Profile Details
Old Email ID
New Email ID
Character Details (Highest Level)
Level:
Rebirth:
Last Login:
A fixed Email ID will be handy incase you get yourself hacked and it will be usefull to restore your account.
